What this is
undomondo.com is a personal, non-commercial music blog and radioshow archive, published since 2005 by one person in Barcelona. It is offered as-is. I make no promise that the site will be available, that links will keep working, or that anything on it is accurate — a twenty-year archive is a graveyard of dead links by nature, and I fix what I notice.
Using what's here
Writing, mixes and curation on this site are mine. You're welcome to quote from it, link to it, and share it — a credit and a link back is all I ask. Republishing whole posts, scraping the archive wholesale, or passing the work off as yours is not on.
Album art, photographs, embedded audio and video belong to the artists, labels and photographers who made them, and appear here as commentary and curation. No ownership is claimed over any of it. If you hold rights to something on this site and want it taken down, write to mersenne@undomondo.com and it comes down — no argument, no lawyers needed.
Other people's services
Pages here embed and link to Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, Substack and elsewhere. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and I have no control over what they do or whether they keep hosting what they host.
The YouTube tool
The private script YT UPLOAD manages my own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. It is not a product, it isn't offered to anyone else, and there is no service to sign up for. Its use of the API is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; how it handles data is described on the privacy page.
Liability
The site is provided without warranty of any kind. I'm not liable for anything that follows from using it, from following a link off it, or from it being unavailable. Where local law won't allow a disclaimer that broad, it applies as far as the law does allow.
Changes and law
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. Spanish law governs them, since that's where I live and publish.
