undomondo is a one-person music blog and radioshow. There is no company behind it, no marketing department, and no business model that depends on knowing anything about you. This page says plainly what the site touches and what it doesn't.

What this site collects

Nothing. undomondo.com is a set of static files served by Netlify. There are no accounts, no login, no comment system, no newsletter form, no shopping cart, and no analytics script of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Meta pixel, no tracking tags. I do not build a profile of you and I have no way to.

Netlify, the host, keeps standard server logs of requests it serves — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent — the way every web server on the internet does. That is Netlify's infrastructure, not something I query or export, and it is governed by Netlify's privacy policy.

Things embedded from elsewhere

Pages here embed players and links from other services so you can hear the music. When a page loads one of these, your browser talks to that company directly, and they can set cookies and see your IP address under their own terms — not mine:

If you would rather none of that happen, a content blocker or a browser set to block third-party requests will stop the embeds loading. The rest of the site still works.

Email

If you write to me at mersenne@undomondo.com, I have your email and whatever you put in it, for as long as the message sits in my mailbox. I don't add senders to any list and I don't pass addresses to anyone.

The YouTube tool

Separately from this website, I run a small private script called YT UPLOAD that manages my own YouTube channel — it renames videos, updates descriptions and uploads mixes on a schedule. It uses the YouTube Data API and signs in as me, to my own channel, and no one else can use it.

It reads and writes video titles, descriptions and tags on the undomondo channel, and it stores its Google authorisation token in a single file on my own computer. It collects no data about viewers, subscribers or anyone else, sends nothing to any third party, and is never used for advertising or profiling. If you have arrived at this page from that app's consent screen, that is the whole of what it does.

Because it uses YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply to it. I can revoke its access at any time at Google's security settings page, and so can you for any app on your own account.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including them.

Changes

If any of the above stops being true — if I ever add analytics, say — I will change this page and the date at the top of it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
