The Jesus Lizard isn’t just a band; for some people, their angular, genre-defining noise rock is a bonafide religion, with howling vocalist David Yow as the manic preacher heading up the revival. On July 14, 2009, the original lineup—David Yow, Duane Denison, David Wm. Sims, Mac McNeilly—joined forces for the first time in over ten years to summon forth that old magic and deliver a performance for the ages.
