Grails - Doomsdayer’s Holiday
One of the most frequented bands here on undomondo is Portland rockers Grails. Somehow they manage to more than one release each year and we feel like you wanna hear all about them, because they deserve it.
What the mailbox brought in May
I’ve been quite slow in dealing with PR mails and requests this month because of my finals period (like I’m so quick otherwise!) there’s been some decent submissions and here I’ll try to mention some of my selections. More submission stuff to follow
soon, don’t hesitate to send your stuff.

Indie Saturday
Here’s two songs I’ve uploaded on fileden a few weeks before but forgot to feature.
Taking it’s name from the Chinese dragon of the same name in the Marvel Universe, Fin Fang Foom is an instrumental/math-rock band from the US. This tune’s off their Native Tongue EP on stiffslack with lovely cello parts. Moody [...]
Cul de Sac - Ecim Reissue
Thanks to digital technology and the constant remasters, music is becoming increasingly timeless, in a few years probably a huge amount of more music would be remastered and digitized. Although I’m sure it’s impossible to feel most of the energy without actually being involved in that particular scene and culture in the right time, but [...]
Triosk
I’ve known about the Australian post-jazz trio Triosk before from a collaboration with one of my favourite electronic artists Jan Jelinek. That was a good effort of collaboration that shows how you can collaborate in todays world even if you’re thousands of miles away. However I remember that I thought it wasn’t as spectacular as [...]

Well I’m sure I’ve proven I’m not so quick when it comes to doing shit. It took me 3 weeks to import the data from blogger and add plugins to wp, along with other things of course.. (note that i’m just a css/php novice [...]
Caspian - Further Up
Caspian is an instumental rock band from Beverly, Massachusetts formed in Autumn of 2003.
Heavily influenced by post-rock guitar bands and their majestic sound walls, this is a solid emotional piece, with a contrasting rhythmic dancehall beat. It’s their debut album, so give love to the boys. Out on Dopamine / Amalgamate.
