Sorry to fill the blog with this week in Istanbul posts recently, but I’ve got to mention the one and only Diesler Live Experience is in town. Diesler is the brainchild of Jonathan Radford previously on Tru-Thoughts one of my fave nujazz/hiphop/urban music labels from Brighton UK. This young Brit convinced us with his groovy brasil tinged music for the last few years.

15 Battles – Mirrored (Warp Records) : Everybody’s been talking about “Mirrored” this year, and they kind of deserve it for getting their oddtimed dissonant music to find strange acclaim from mainstream circles as well as mathheads.
