Always late to write about the stuff that’s snowballing in our mailbox. Not much to write home about but managed to find some that’s worth your attention hopefully. Get in for Stonephace, Beware of Safety, Dejnarowicz and The Frost Heaves.

Another milestone show, #30! Feels like we’ve been doing Undomondo forever, when it’s barely 30 (it’s already 35 btw, you know I’m slow to keep up with it online). Starts of folky with acts like Hala Strana & Golden Arm Trio, Early Songs, Luke Temple, Jens Lekman, amazing songs!

Cécile Schott the Parisian native instrumentalist whom I always thought “Colleen” was her real name, is back with a new album on her home Leaf. Yesteryear’s “Colleen et les boîtes à musique” could be labeled a concept album that satisfied her javanese love with a musical box, which was still good but not as engaging as her previous stuff.

One of the new releases on the list was by Alec K. Redfearn & The Eyesores a 7-22 piece orchestral ensemble from Providence, Rhode Island with prolific writer & singer Alec Redfearn as frontman. I’ve listened to their previous album “The Smother Party” on North East Indie with much love; how can you not love a band that has a bassoon and a french horn in it??

I felt kinda let down when i found out that Architecture in Helsinki wasn’t from Helsinki, i don’t know why, but they’re from Australia and maybe i should have been happier because i never thought this kind of music would come out of Australia.
