Experimental soundscape / electronic netlabel Frozen Elephant has their 13th release out, this time by Stretchandrelax a project of Elise Ladoué and Félicia Atkinson. Not unlike AGF’s experiments with vocal and soundscapes, Stretchandrelax explores micro spaces via “field recordings, beats, spoken words and instrumentation”.

Ghost Box is one of the most cherished labels here at undomondo thanks to their nostalgic soundscapes and the hauntology inspired conceptualism. Their new release by Belbury Poly is out and we’ve been listening to it since a few days.

For some reason even though undomondo readership has been fairly stagnant (about 10K people a month if you wonder) somehow the amount of PR material we get has increased exponentially. These are the songs that has trickled down through over 200 emails we got last month.

MUMOK curators have created an official free download compilation to accompany the exhibition. I’ve sacrificed myself to stroll through the compilation which as you can anticipate has some abysmal music alongside some interesting ones.
