Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble
The doom/dark jazz concept continues to be a fascinating marriage of jazz and drone music. Ultra slow movements create solemn moments of stillness, time almost in a standstill. Undomondo Radio Show #69
#69 starts with a solemn piece from the German doomjazzers Bohren und der Club of Gore then goes right into some easy tempo and nujazz, followed by dub from Burning Spear, hip-hop & some cosmic non-Fela afrobeat from Hector Malcoun and Peruvian chicha by Juaneco.
Grails – Doomsdayer’s Holiday
One of the most frequented bands here on undomondo is Portland rockers Grails. Somehow they manage to more than one release each year and we feel like you wanna hear all about them, because they deserve it.
