Forgot to share this Steinbrüchel gem from last year. Blissful electronic soundscapes almost to the point of a drone. From last year’s ISAN Remixes on Simon Scott’s Keshhhhhh label.

Isan’s glacial original ‘Eastside’ borrows its title from the name of the Birmingham gallery in which the piece was conceived and composed, where “Over the course of 9 weeks, a sonic environment emerged from ten speakers placed around the gallery, based on recordings made and tones generated within the gallery, only reaching it’s final form in the last two weeks”.
