Julia Holter’s 2011 album ‘Tragedy’ should have been on this year’s best of list, but I listened to it too late and too few times, I spared myself from adding it to the list.

Now it’s time to revel in her quirky avantgarde pop, thanks to a new video by Rick Bahto, messenger of her upcoming album ‘Ekstasis’ on RVNG Intl.
