After nearly a week of absence we’re back with the new design that’s been cooking for a few months. We were pretty tired of the blog format and the blogosphere’s obsession with recent music. We don’t wanna just serve the latest hype and try to keep up with the “race”, as we pride ourselves on timeless music. That’s why the main focus has been on navigation and hopefully this would encourage readers to dig more in the archives. There are some bugs to iron out (especially on IE6-7) and we’re missing a few pages and functions here and there. There might also be some visual errors as it’s hard to adapt all of the 750+ old posts to the new design, so please bear with us. And if anyone wants to lend a hand to iron out the problems with IE please contact me because I desperately need it.

It’s the last day of 2008 and we salute it by reminiscing a mammoth we two days ago. The influential jazz trumpeter Freddie Hubbard has passed away leaving behind a legacy of jazz music and inspiration. He was a legend and he will be remembered through his music till eternity. R.I.P
