Loading ...I’ve been delaying this one because Hype Machine suddenly started not indexing undomondo, weird & bad because most people are so used to getting their mp3blog hype from hype machine , I didn’t want this one to go unnoticed. However that issue is not fixed yet and the new show’s nearing so I’m letting this go. #7 is actually my most coherent show I guess (people told me, too) because I tried to stick to a similar vibe for longer periods. Yes guys, I’ve reinvented the wheel after some time : people want coherence!!!
ok, this show is a little bit darker and unsettling, gone are the cheerful balkan stuff replaced by more psychedelia, prog, post-rock, folk and bedroom electronica with a little bit of jazz from Jamie Saft Trio before the closer. That track is actually the second most frequent listened song since I’ve first subscribed to last.fm 2 years ago, and it’s a total masterpiece. There’s many stuff I’d like to feat here from Finnish prog rockers A.Vasarat to Grails and Dictaphone, but I’m just delaying posting a little bit to see if Hype Machine will do me the favour of coming back.
In the meantime, the music community mog is doing some wonders in post/comment ratio. I actually got 3 comments for the Alela Diane post in 3 hours (huzzah!) as opposed to no comments here after 3 days! You can befriend me on mog if you want, because I might be posting more to mog in the coming days. It seems mog is the solution to my “wanna post some music but don’t want to write a proper review” problem, and they host the mp3 as well!!
BTW, I’ve put undomondo radioshow on odeo so you can subscribe as podcast if you’re using odeo, and I’m hopefully gonna add it to more podcasting hosts soon, but I don’t really know where I should add, what are the most frequented podcast services? Itunes? And of course as always you can get an ogg / stream / and a smaller 64kbit version on archive.org
