UK Resident Jonathan Radford aka Diesler‘s new album “Keepie Uppies” has been praised everywhere since its release in April. Tru Thoughts has released an EP on 12″ featuring a remix by Gerardo Frisina from Italy’s Schema Records and the vocal talent of Joseph Malik on another track. The first track “A Little Something” featuring the soft and charming vocals of Laura Vane who has previously worked with garage master MJ Cole and is currently working with Gnarls Barkley, is a memorable brasil nujazz tune, which is very accessible and radio friendly but at the same time has quality instrumentation. The second track has a 4/4 beat with percussion and catchy horns which would make its way into a Gilles Peterson or Peter Kruder DJ set.
