No music is wasted in our hds, thanks to scavenging through old stuff periods that come to the rescue when
there’s no new music.

It’s been a while since he was collecting dust in my computer but finally, i give it up for this Danish cookie, Mikkel Hess. His favourite color is red, he has that Vincent Gallo flava and he has a nice little act named Hess Is More. Songs originally written for a play at the Royal Danish Theater and performed live on the stage during the play, were later compiled in the album “Tip Top Dynamo” with a few additional songs. The music does have that theatrical quality but only to the extent of being moody. Nice shifty taste of soft jazzy electronica here and boy, he sure loves to play that tinny clavier.

Be sure not to miss the song “In the Fridge”, a marvellous vocal number performed by Dean Bowman who recorded the song at just one take, then turned around and said, “yeah i’m a one take kind of guy.” :) Also, i hear they’re great on stage.
