Vancouver’s Heartwarmongering is a collaboration group formed by members of such bands like They Shoot Horses, Don’t They, Saul Duck, Dixie’s Death Pool, Tony Wilson Sextet and Fond of Tigers, resulting in a diverse fusion of avantgarde jazz, post-rock elements and cinematique music. HWM has the usual suspects as well as a clarinet, violin, and a cello, forming an impressive string section, that really displays its quality on this emotional piece.
