Loading ...Continuing the sound that I began with today here’s Lokai, the Austrian duo from Mosz records. I tried to remember where I heard Mosz before and realized my fellow Error101 reviewed Gustav a few weeks ago. Lokai is formed by label boss Stefan Németh and guitarist Florian Kmet. Like Pekler’s music there are tense and eerie textures floating in time with occasional guitar picks and melodies in the background, and more textures forming from the resonance of the guitar. Their music may frustrate your mother and get her tense if you play it loud, but again I’d advise you to listen with your headphones.
This song is the last song on the album, it’s a magnificient finish, a gentle but powerful piece, suitable to everyone in the northern hemisphere, who are having a bad time with the weather.
