It seems the whole mp3blog scene has left this song for me to post!!
We’ve featured both Jamie and Herb here last year, and what better way to start of 2006 with this song. This song has Herbert written all over it. He’s the master of creating this minimal beat that involuntarily makes you swing, and although I agree Gonzales’ mix is just as nice, I think this version has given the song a new charm.

Mr. Herbert is already working on a new album and although his style is not as fresh as it was when he did the Around the House or Bodily Functions (classics!), I’m still looking forward to it, because he’s never failed to impress.

(does anyone agree that he’s gonna get a Sir etched to his name when he’s 60?)
