Everything is Fire and then some. .

Today’s post covers a few new mp3blogs i’ve been discovering (a little bit perhaps).

I’m totally into Everything is Fire, and if you like weird folk music, electronica, ambient, indie or noise you should tune in. His content is terrific, and I’ve really discovered some new bands that are worth listening. (Brothers of the Occult Sisterhood, Yuma Nora, Mi and L’au, Magic People.. the list goes on) I’m impressed, I’m very impressed, in fact I say EiF is my top mp3blog right now :)

Another blog that didn’t fail to impress me (although it’s in French!) is David F’s audioblog. He sure got that strange French vision in music (which i dig). Again a very broad perspective covering lots of genres, a few examples are Minizza, Tone Collector, Fred Frith + Toychestra, Devendra and the one artist that I was really surprised to see featured.. Pierre Yves-Mace. (i’ve been constantly listening to his instrumental stuff for the last week).

Great Job David F man, you’ve proven again that music breaks the language barrier. :)

My last feature is Swen’s Blog. I knew his blog for a longer time, but failed to mention it in previous posts. Now is the time. His blog features all kinds of fresh and exciting links as well as great music links, and I recommend it a lot (e.g Meanwhile, back in Communist Russia @ peel session , Josephine Foster )

BTW If you haven’t noticed I changed the colors a bit, and I’ve got some new ideas for best band names (yes you guessed it right, “Meanwhile, back in Communist Russia” is #1 in that list)
